Glenn Pellegrin is a proud Ngarrindjeri/Narungga man and a creative problem solver committed to driving positive outcomes across all projects he is involved in. He brings a thoughtful blend of creativity and pragmatism to problem-solving, underpinned by a strong focus on listening, clear communication, and effective engagement in any context.
He is currently Senior Manager – First Peoples at South East Water, where he leads initiatives supporting First Peoples engagement and outcomes within the organisation in Melbourne, Victoria.
In addition, Glenn serves as a Non-Executive Director at Connecting Homes, contributing his expertise and leadership to support the organisation’s mission in improving housing outcomes.
